Mr. Johnny Holiday

For over 12 years Johnny performed at the most prestigious venues in North America and with some of the finest society and swing bands back when everyone went dancing and dressed for an evening out on the town.  Some of the venues where Johnny has performed includes The Fairmont in San Francisco and New Orleans, The Palmer House in Chicago, The St. Regis in New York City, The Royal York in Toronto, The Las Vegas Hilton, Harrah's Lake Tahoe, The Fountainbleau in Miami, The Waldorf Astoria in New York City, and many more. During his years on the bandstand Johnny was not only a vocalist but performed or opened for some of the greatest acts in the music world including, Ella Fitzgerald, Johnnie Ray, Liberace, Tony Martin, John Gary, Sarah Vaughn, Billy Eckstine, Eddie Fisher, Margaret Whiting, Mel Torme and many others.

Several years ago Johnny began performing again and for the last several years he has hosted his own live program in Los Angeles where he serves as host to his musical friends along with The Dean Mora Orchestra and Johnny's favorite gal pal's The Satin Dollz Pin Up Dancers. Johnny continues to delight audiences with his songs, stories, and special guests as he takes them back in time to when "cabaret society" reigned supreme at posh night clubs, lounges, and supper clubs.

Johnny Holiday is the last of the crooners whose authentic renderings of the great songs of the 1930's and 1940's continues to fill rooms wherever he performs. Now as Johnny continues to sing and host his own program with The Dean Mora Orchestra and featuring The Satin Dollz Pin Up Dancers and co-stars Christine Nelson and Adam Tunney, Johnny and his special guests will take you back in time when musical variety shows were still popular and chorus girls were everywhere!   Step back with Johnny and enjoy a night unlike any other to be found in the Southland or anywhere in the nation for that matter!
